Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Note: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Final shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment.

3. Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States. This offer is automatically applied at checkout when your order qualifies.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location. Please note:

  • International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes
  • Delivery times for international shipments are estimates only
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders
  • Some products may not be available for international shipping due to restrictions

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If you provide an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package to the correct address.
