Returns & Refund Policy

1. 30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at our customer service email. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. Items Eligible for Return
Most new, unopened items in their original packaging are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. However, certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized items
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials
- Items on final sale or clearance
4. Return Shipping
For approved returns:
- Defective/Damaged Items: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Sent: We will provide a prepaid return shipping label
5. Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

7. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team. We'll help you process the exchange quickly and efficiently.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
10. Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded or exchanged.
