Return & Refund Policy

Returns, Replacements & Refunds, CableRack may authorize the return of an item for either a refund or replacement at the discretion of management.  Because we sell many custom and OEM products, some items will not qualify for a return.  Management may require that defective items be returned prior to replacement.  Any return authorization given for purposes of a refund is good for 10 business days from the date of issuance.  A minimum of a 25% re-stocking fee will be applied to all product returns for purposes of a refund and some items may not quality for a refund.  RMA's for refund may only be given within 30 days from date of purchase.  Defective products for which an advanced warranty replacement was shipped, must be returned within 3 business days.  Failure to return a product for which an advanced exchange was provided within 3 business days will need to be invoiced for the full retail replacement value.  All requests for return or exchange must be made via email.
